About this product
The Ubbink Flat Roof Vent 110, reference OFT/2, is a 110mm breather vent for built-up felt roofs and general flat roof construction ventilation. It is the smaller partner to the 160mm version and does the same job where a lower airflow will do.
Made from polypropylene (PP) with an aluminium flashing already integrated, it dresses neatly into the felt and delivers a large free vent area for good airflow while keeping rain out in harsh, all-weather conditions.
The black finish and low profile look right on both domestic and commercial roofs, whether it is a new build or a retrofit. Fit it wherever a flat roof void needs venting to keep condensation and moisture under control, and it will not need looking at again.
