About this product
The Ubbink Flat Roof Vent 160 is a 160mm ventilation terminal for flat roofs and built-up felt systems, used for construction ventilation and for venting the breather void beneath the deck.
It is moulded in polypropylene (PP) with an aluminium flashing built in, so it sits into the felt without a separate flashing kit and stands up to Irish weather. The large free vent area moves plenty of air through the roof space, which is what you want for shifting moisture and keeping stale, trapped air out of the build-up. The design is engineered to keep rain out, so it suits exposed coastal sites as well as inland work.
Finished in black with a low, tidy profile, it is fit for new builds and re-roofs alike.
