DESMOFLEX Polyurethane is a one-component, solvent-based polyurethane waterproofing membrane, supplied here in the 25kg size. It goes on as a white, glossy liquid and cures on contact with air humidity and moisture in the substrate, leaving a seamless, elastic coat that bonds fully to the surface underneath.

It is made from pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins, so it stands up to UV, weathering, thermal cycling, chemicals and mechanical wear. Where a roof holds ponding water or takes frost and ice over the winter, this membrane keeps doing its job.

Use it on concrete flat roofs, balconies, terraces, parapet walls and other concrete surfaces. It is suitable for coating and protecting concrete under EN 1504-2:2004, and a sound membrane cuts maintenance and adds years to the substrate.
