About this product
DESMOFLEX Top Coat is the finishing layer for the DESMOFLEX PU liquid waterproofing system. It is a two-component (A+B) aliphatic polyurethane, and the aliphatic chemistry is what matters: it holds its whiteness under UV and resists chalking, so the roof still looks right years on. The finish is white and glossy.
Use it over DESMOFLEX PU on flat roofs, balconies, terraces and internal areas. It can also go over asphalt and EPDM or PVC membranes, provided they have first been sealed properly with DESMOFLEX PU. Once cured it resists mechanical wear, thermal cycling, chemicals, weathering and frost.
Supplied in 5kg metal pails containing both parts. Allow 120 to 250 g/m² per coat, so work out the quantity before ordering rather than run short halfway through.
